we have 32 bits confluence 4.3.2 instance sitting on 64 bits windows server, so I'm going to try to upgrade to 64bits confluence because the memory constrain starts to cause performance issues.
Anyone has the experience before? Do I just install a new instance and import data from the 32 bits instance? If I want to use the native database backup (not through import/export xml file), anyone can provide the checklist steps? Thanks

Sherry,
After you update your JAVA from 32bits to 64bits, don't forget to change the JAVA_HOME variable, because if you not change, Confluence will still follow JAVA 32bits.
Setting the JAVA_HOME Variable

You just need to upgrade Java to 64bit. If you're on Windows and running as service, you might need to update the Tomcat exe files etc.
