Hi Nevra,

 

As far as I know, that is not possible. Only enabling Anonymous access for that specific space.

Thank you for the information, I understand now that my customers must also be JIRA users but you did not answer my original question, "...is there a seamless way for the customer to access Confluence (i.e. they don't have to log in to JSD and then Confluence)?"

Hi Nevra,

It's not even possible for you to have service desk customers included on Confluence, unless your customers are also JIRA Users.
