Is there a way to add a new filter to an existing GH Scrum board? I know we can edit, change or replace existing. We want to add a new filter. I assume putting new filter will change all the burndown & stats, trash DB etc. Is this locked down?>

We wanted to add a new filter and delete the old one. It does not give us a selection to change to new, only edit the existing. So the question was we wanted to select a new one from the existing list. It appears you can only UPDATE the one assigned

If you're on the configure screen of the rapid board, where the filter is listed, you can click the pencil to the right of the filter name or use the drop down to choose a new filter from those available.

Thank you David Nicholson! I managed to save a filter and then search it using the pencil beside the pre-existing filter under 'Configure' screen and worked perfectly.

By defult in JIRA, you can't have two filters inside a single Rapid board. As you know you only able to edit/replace the existing filter, but you can't add a new filter and keep the old one.
