IE9 and deprecated jquery

Were using js jira collector on our site.

'Close' and 'submit' buttons are not visible in IE9.

Also this message appears in console:

JQMIGRATE: Logging is active external.js:1
JQMIGRATE: jQuery.browser is deprecated
