Kerberos Password-less Authentication add-on for Confluence(5.2.5)

Robert Perry June 5, 2015

We have installed and configured Kerberos Passwordless add-on's for JIRA and Confluence.  Both applications can be accessed without typing username and password.  Confluence has one small issue that I hope can be resolved.  When a user accesses Confluence by typing the url, he or she is taken to the login page.  At the login page, the user then selects the login button and they are logged into their account.

How can a user be logged directly into their account without having to press the login button?

Hi Robert,

It depends on which add-on you are talking about. What you are aiming at is the default behaviour in IWAAC (Integrated Windows Authentication for Apps using Crowd): https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.cleito.iwaac/server/overview
