Does confluence global theme have custom header?

Brian K June 2, 2015

We have a very large instance of Confluence and leveraged the custom header section + CSS with Documentation theme to build a top navigation under the global top bar (with Spaces, People, Create, etc.) at the space level - so we could easily jump around to relevant pages and spaces w/ in our own organization but not affecting other businesses.

This idea took hold when we were on 3.2 and now that we're on 5.7 I want to leverage the global theme because the sidebar rocks! However, is there a way to add customer header at the space level with this theme?

Hi Brian,

I believe on Global Look and Feel theme you can do the same customization.

  1. Open the space
  2. Click on Space Tools
  3. Click on Look and Feel, and there you should be able to add the header

Thanks and regards,

Could you provide a screen shot or more clear directions on step #3? For documentation theme there's a link under "Documentation Theme" that says "Configure Theme" - but that's not there in the Global Look and Feel
