Hello!
Our current dev team is too big. Standups are taking way too long.
After this current sprint is over, we're going to split the team.
In Jira, how do we add multiple SCRUM teams to 1 project? It's probably something easy that I'm overlooking.
Thanks!

The simplest solution is to use a label or a custom field to designate the team. Then use two separate but similar Scrum boards where the filter uses this additional field to separate out the issues. You may want to consider how to handle stories not allocated to a team.
Excellent. I'll set up some custom fields and go from there. Thanks for your feedback!

We are using a custom field "Team" to distinguish the teams working on a story. We are using one board for all teams with quickfilters for the teams.

Same here, we're using a custom field "team" and filter with quick filters. If you got a small team you could even filter by assignee (assignee in (x,y,z...))

Does this quick filter creation allow a drop down showing which Teams ara vailable to view on that board/sprint?
