First installation lock

Hi,

I installed the server on my x64 Win7Pro i5 PC 16GB RAM. When I am trying to set up the server for the first time (http://localhost:8080) I am asked about server name, company etc. I click Next when Jira asks me about Specifying My License Key I pick "I have no account".... and that's it!!!! No Submit button, no Next either OK button. No action! What should I do????

Without passing this stage I am unable to get Server ID that enables me to get the license.

I think the problem could be caused by Kaspersky Antivirus, with version 4 I had also problems with installation. Suspending A-V helped. I forgot that trick, didn't install apps aince long time.

I have had the same problem with JIRA 5.2.11. JIRA 5.2.10 works. It's the latest installer that is broken. Raised a support ticket, but they couldn't find anything yet.

Go with 5.2.10. You can then upgrade to 5.2.10 without a problem strangely.

Perhaps you should raise a ticket in the support site (https://support.atlassian.com/) to get this issue looked at. Attaching screenshot to the ticket would definitely help too.
