Whenever I am trying to run "atlas-run" command I'm getting following error.

It says that your DB comes from higher JIRA version. E.g.: You are trying to launch JIRA version 6.2 with db from JIRA 6.4.

Just remove target/jira/home/database.script or better run altas-clean.
