Automation Plugin tries to assign issues though is not requested to

We have the following trigger:

JQL Filter TriggerType: JQL Filter Trigger
ProjectJQL expression:  Project = X AND status = Resolved AND updated < -14d AND Closing is EMPTY  
  14CRO  CRON schedule: 0 0 14 * * ?

and Actions
Comment Issue Action: some text which is Viewable by All Users and Send notifications set to YES
Edit Issue Action
Edit fields: 10901=11710, where 10901 is the Closing field mentioned in the above JQL expression. 

For some reason the script is executed but also returns the following error for each issue matching the filter expression: You do not have permission to assign issues, though no assigning rule is set. 

Any ideas ?

I do have the same behaviour. Did find the root cause ?
