Import external values to Insight fields from CVS

When I use the importer plugin and try to get data to Insight fields, I have this error:

"Cannot add value [ [value] ] to CustomField Customfield_Name in Issue null. Probably value was in incorrect format."

This fields are not in create screen but in view screen.

Can't I import data to fields not presents in create screen?

Please note that this problem might be related to the third-party plugin Insight - Asset Management for JIRA, produced and supported by Riada. If this is your case, your best option is to contact them directly.
