How do I find out what version if JIRA is running from within a JIRA Plugin

I want to find out what version of JIRA my plugin is running in, but I can't seem to find anyway to find this information.

Search Google for "jira buildutilsinfo getversion".  I tried to post a link to it, but for some stupid reason it apparently contains "blacklisted" words.
