Add Menu Item to Jira Issue -> More -> New Item

Hi - I was able to see documentation on adding menu and menu item to JIRA. But I want to add menu item in JIRA Issue -> More -> NewItem. Does any one know how to do that?

It's probably on the same documentation you've skimmed for adding menus.  The "more" menu is handled in the same way as the main menus, with web fragments - just using "issue operations" rather than "user locations"
