Mrityunjay Kumar May 25, 2015

I upgraded our JIRA from 6.2 to 6.4.2, and installed the overduefield 0.2. but we found one error in the log, it seems that there is no class OverdueStatusService any more in overduefield 0.2.Does anyone know what the new class is? Please help me to resolve this exception. thanks in advance!overduefield.png

Services are not simple P2 plugins.  They are P1 plugins, meaning that you drop them into the webapp directly.  You will most likely need to find out if those plugins are available in a compatible version and follow their installation instructions to recover the use of the missing services.

Thanks Chris for the Response. Could you please suggest the alternate service/ plugin for OverdueStatusService function which could work in version 6.4 so that old service can be taken off the system

As far as I can see, the overduefield plugin does not need that service and you can just delete it, but it is hard to tell without more information about where it came from. Given that it is in a different package from the custom field implementation, they would seem to have different authors.
