Callback event for build plan/chain start

Looking for an event that triggers when a build plan/chain has been kicked. In scrolling through:

I could not find any that do this. Am I missing something? There seems to be an event for everything else but this.

Yea I'm currently using a pre-chain module. I was just wondering if there was an event to do the same thing seeing as there are events for most other things.
