Hi,
We need access to the JIRA source code. Some time ago, I could access the source code in my.atlassian.com / License / download source, but apparently this link is gone
(The license is a starter license, which normally should entitle us to access to code)

If you have valid license, you can still do it at my.atlassian.com. Click on license and there is a Download Source link.
Well actually it was slightly more complicated. The reason why I didn't see the download link was because I logged in with a userid linked to our expert profile.
So I created a new login (using an alternate email address), linked this user as technical contact to the license, logged in with the new user, and voila.

Hi,
Additional details about Source Code access is available in the licensing FAQ linked below:

The JIRA source can be downloaded here: https://my.atlassian.com/download/source/JIRA
You must have a valid JIRA license, as per @Tim Evans comment, and you must be logged in to my.atlassian.com.

Hi Francis,
I've just been checking in our records and I couldn't find any licenses associated with iDalko at all, which is odd but that just suggests the license(s) have expired as I don't have sufficeint privileges to access expired licenses. However, as you are an Atlassian Expert I would recommend you to contact your Expert Manager as they should be able to help you out with access to source code if you need it.
All the best,
John

Thanks John,
The problem is resolved in the mean time. Experts are not allowed to access the source code of licenses of their customers, but if you log in with a userid not linked to your expert profile, you can access the source code after all (as long as that id is linked as technical contact to a license)
(We do have a couple of licenses of our own - so if you can't find this, maybe that's another quirk in the system)
