JIRA SSO - RemoteUserJiraAuth plugin

I have a question about the RemoteUserJiraAuth plugin and I am hoping someone might be able to answer it.

Once we implement this SSO plugin in our Jira system, does Jira still function with remote REST API calls?

Hi Dianne!

It should. I see that RemoteUserJiraAuth just logs-in users based on REMOTE_USER passed by apache and it does not affect REST API in any way.
