Our company requires users to have a specific email signature, and this signature has pictures attached to it. Is there a way to force exclude these specific attachments when the email monitor grabs the emails? It is causing a lot of unneccessary attachments on the issues in JIRA.
Let me know if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks.

JEMH has the solution for this, you upload the images you don't want, it creates a hash of those files and will never add them again. See the how to blacklist files in this tutorial.
There is also another plugin, cheaper: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/biz.beag.jira.mailer/server/pricing
