How can I change the appearance of e-mail notification for a plug-Service Desk?

Hello!

How can I change the appearance of e-mail notification for a plug-Service Desk, to come in the mail any custom fields, not just the system fields? For example, after creating issue, reporter received notification in its entirety, which shows all the fields, which he filled, and all who are in the list of observers, only receive system information (Assignee, Created, Due Date, Priority, Reporter).

There are some feature requests regarding Service Desk notifications.

  • Allow customization of the Service Desk notifications to customers - JSD-971
  • Ability to customize notifications - JRA-16850
  • Custom Fields not displayed in emails - JRA-4619
