Custom Validation on Macro Browser window

Hi,

I have a scenario to validate anuser entry field on macro browser.

Example: Avoid duplicate entries and to check them against the existing values in database.

How can we add Custom Validation to a field.?

You can add a web resource and set the context as macro-browser.

For validation to the database you will need a rest module or a xwork module so you can send data and get a response according to your needs.
