Setup self-service registration in Atlassian Cloud

Hello,

I want to setup self registration in our cloud instance. I configured the "sign up options" in "user management". I selected "Turn on self sign up" and "No restrictions". 

I logged myself out and went to the starting page of the cloud instance (https://inspectit-performance.atlassian.net) but I do not find the option to register myself.

Did I forget to set anything?

Hi Timothy,

Now that is interesting. I do not see the "Create an account" Link. Is this the expected behaviour? I already tried clearing all cookies. Still the same
