Just noticed today I can no longer run a dev server using atlas-run or atlas-debug without an internet connection. Has anybody else noticed this?
I get the following error:-
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.atlassian.maven.plugins:maven-amps-dispatcher-plugin:5.0.13:debug (default-cli) on project wibble: Unable to execute mojo: Execution null of goal com.atlassian.maven.plugins:maven-stash-plugin:5.0.13:debug failed: java.net.UnknownHostException: marketplace.atlassian.com: Unknown host marketplace.atlassian.com -> [Help 1]
I am using the plugin SDK 5.0.13
Creating a vanilla plugin for Stash JIRA or Confluence and using atlas-run without an internect connection and I get the above error.
Is this a deliberate change that has been made recently?

I found this on the train the other day and was frustrated. On the way home I thought trying -o might help. I disconnected the network and ran with -o and it worked. Might have been a coincidence. Stupidly I didn't try without the -o first.
Hi,
Many thanks for your replies. Just to update you, I repeated the process the following day and I can now run atlas-run and atlas-debug when offline.
I am not sure what caused this weird behaviour but it is working again now.

does it fails while online? I remember there was a problem with atlassian SDK, There was an old version of maven in xml file (can not remember file name), when i changed it to a newest version - all command errors gone.

I believe it wants to go online once a day. For me the first build once a day fails, not sure if that's related.

Hi!
I think when you made atlas-run via online - it downloaded files in temp folder. so second time you didn't need them to download via internet.

Tried this again today, created a vanilla confluence project then atlas-run with an active internet connection which works as expected. I then went offline and it still worked. Weird....
