License expired, but the plugin is free?

Ruben Demey April 27, 2015

My users are complaining that the Redirection plugin no longer works, and returns the following errors:

The license could not be verified: License Certificate has expired!

I have version 3.0.10 installed.

Anything wrong?

In the Confluence Administration area, on the left-hand side you will see ServiceRocket plugins listed.  Click the Redirection plugin link and add the license there.

So I "bought" the software again, which was $0, and obtained a license key (customware-redirection-plugin-for-confluence_xxx.key).

When trying to add the key to the plugin license manager, nothing happens.

It may be free but you still need to get the license for it.
