Integrating Fisheye Download with Jira Cloud

Ratnakar Rao M April 27, 2015

Currently we are evaluating whether we can use FIsheye/Crucible for code review process. As we already are using JIRA cloud, Is it possible to integrate fisheye/crucible with it?

I am trying to integrate the same, but I see the following error when I go to Source tab in a JIRA Issue

Request to http://<host>:8060/ failed: Error in remote call to '<host>:8060' (<host>:8060) [AbstractRestCommand{path='/rest-service-fe/search-v1/crossRepositoryQuery', params={expand=changesets[0:20].revisions[0:29],reviews, query=AFR-224}, methodType=GET}] : Received status code 403 (Forbidden)

Since I am using JIRA Cloud the settings are not straight forward for integrating fisheye/crucible with it.

Please note that I have enabled remote api access in JIRA Cloud.

Hello Ratnakar,

Thank you for your question.

Please, notice integration between behind the firewall products and cloud products must be as per following:

  • Your FishEye application must be accessible through port 80 (or port 443 with a valid (CA) SSL certificate).
  • You must initiate the application link creation from JIRA Cloud.

Please, refer to Integrating JIRA Cloud with FishEye documentation for further information.

If you find this answer useful, I would kindly ask you to accept it so the same will be visible to others who might be facing the same issue you have inquired.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,
