How do I create a bamboo deployment environment with the REST API?

I am looking to automate my team's bamboo provisioning process. After looking at your latest Bamboo API documentation I found several actions I seemingly couldn't do with the API. Is there any way currently to do the following?

1. I didn't see a way to create or copy deployment environments. When I use the /deploy/project/ PUT it ignores the environments array. Is there another way to create environments through the API?
2. Is there anyway to change deployment project or build plan permissions?
3. Can I assign change which repository a build plan uses?
4. Can I modify/create build plan variables (I know I can pass some in if ran with API but I'd like them to be saved on a plan?
5. Can I modify/create a build plan task?

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately the functionality you are requesting is not currently implemented in Bamboo even though there are suggested in Bamboo's REST API documentation. This is being tracked here:

I would suggest adding any comments to the issue above as well as voting on the issue to create its popularity and likelihood of being implemented in a future release.
