Installation of Confluence 5.0.2 Fails with "an internal error occurred (error code: 34)"

I was trying the trail version of confluence and it fails with "an internal error occurred (error code: 34)" with a reference to the log file.

The contents of the log file are:

Hi Andrew,

I have never seen this error, I think this file could be culprit. For test purpose, could you please try to download again? If that doesn't work, try to install our Standalone version (not the .exe).

I tried this file but the same problem exists. I ended up using the latest 4.*
