Cannot use Custom Date Point & Range of custom dates in Simple calendar

simple calendar error.pngI have installed "simple calendar" on JIRA v6.3. When I want to create a "add calendar", "Custom Date Point" & "Range of custom dates" don't show anything to choose. See the attached screenshot.
