I'm trying to learn how to use Confluence's REST API. I used the example here in the doc, but it always returns "301 Moved Permanently". I thought it might be because the page had actually been moved, so I tried adding --location to the curl command from the example. Now I get '{"statusCode": 500, "message": "java.io.EOFException: No content to map to Object due to end of input"}'. What am I doing wrong?

Are you by any chance using HTTP where you should be using HTTPS? Or the other way around?

That was it! Thanks so much. Please do post an answer so I can give you the points for it. Also, if you're feeling charitable, please upvote my question--I'm currently limited to three posts per day until I reach 25 points, so even posting this comment to thank you is costly for me, given that I am a beginner and have many questions.
