I can would like writing plugin. But I dont know. I know to  ecilipse and netbeens. Are there plugin for source code. Are you send me or Could tell mee. for custom field write plugin.

You'll need to use the atlassian sdk from https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/getting-started

And since you're using Eclipse - you'll want to take a gander at https://developer.atlassian.com/docs/getting-started/set-up-the-atlassian-plugin-sdk-and-build-a-project as well.
