Hi,
I wonder if anyone has the same issue we are having...our Enterprise notification plugin is currently slowing down A LOT the login time, so much that often it times-out.
I cannot really simply remove the plugin, as it is widely used by now.
Do you have any idea how I could mitigate this issue? Or do you know if there is any other tool that would enable users to be assigned to watch and be notified only about blog entries?

Can you please check to ensure you have the latest version of Atlassian UPM. We previously had customer reporting issues with installing Enterprise Notifications plugin if you had lower versions 2.18 of UPM, we can confirm that installing the latest version of UPM fixes this issue

thanks for the reply. In meanwhile we fixed the issue and indeed updating the UPM was part of the problem.
