Re-index issue on ranking and old subtasks not getting linked

I have migrated from old instance to new JIRA instance. When we are setting the rank in the board the message is

JIRA Agile cannot execute the rank operation. This board has recently been configured to use the Rank field. The system must be re-indexed before you can rank issues. Ask your administrator to perform a manual re-index.

Also when we are trying to see subtasks for a particular user story,

the error is

Error rendering 'com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira:greenhopper-epics-issue-web-panel'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

Can you provide me the steps. My instance is on cloud

I ordered them by the query asc by adding the filter of rank

How do I log in to sysadmin.. i dont remember the password as i never set it?

You can't log into Cloud as a full admin, that's reserved for Atlassian support. Have you tried re-indexing though?
