Attachments with rate and Number of time downloaded

If any user uploads a document, i want to show 1. the content of page

2.Rating for that attachment

3.Number of times downloaded

It may be in the same page or in a new page.

if any user uploads an attachment in confluence then

in a new page ,i want to display the content of the attachment ,rating (* * * * *) and number(count) of downloads.

You can show the contents of some types of documents inside Confluence by using various macros
What do you mean by "rating"?
To get the download count, you need to do some analysis on your server access logs, or find/write a plugin to gather the information for you
