I got some requirement of moving some Jira bugs to TFS 2010, is't possible to migrate jira bugs to TFS 2010, if yes please let me know on how to do this.

Hi Sathish,
I dont beleive Microsoft has a specific solution for importing data from Jira. However, you may be able to use some of the workarounds in this post:

You would need to export your data and import it in to a stand alone version of JIRA first - looks like CSV may be a possibility.
