How to change the number of hours per day worked in Temp Timesheets.

Mike Letsky March 16, 2015

Hi,

I'm trying to change the max number of hours worked in Tempo Time Sheets.

My hours for the Time Tracking section in JIRA are set to 16.  (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Time+Tracking)

My hours in Tempo are set to "unlimited"

However, whenever we enter time over 8 hours in Tempo, it gives an error that the time is over the max limit of 8 hours.  Is this a bug?  Or am I missing something?

Best Regards,

Mike

Hi Mike (and Clarissa)

There was a bug fixed and released in Timesheets 7.11.2 affecting this use case. Tempo Timesheets 7.11.2 is scheduled to be upgraded on JIRA Cloud instance on Monday March 23rd. This should not be an issue after that date.

Please follow our Cloud release page for updates on upgrades.

Hi Mike,

I just tried replicating this, but I was able to log work successfully. My "Max hours per day per user" is also set to Unlimited. Can you maybe post a screenshot of the error message you receive so we can take a look?

Cheers,

Clarissa.
