Confluence 5.6: How to get PDF export to print page tree macros

Hello,

I exported a space that has the Page Tree macro on several pages. After exporting the space, I reviewed the PDF'd pages and noticed that the Page Tree results don't display. Is there a script or css I can use to get the macro to display on the exported pages?

There is an open issue about this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-21186. And it doesn't look like it will be fixed soon .

But the Children macro works with the PDF export. If it is possible use this instead of the Page tree macro.
