How to find issues in more than one Sprint? Is a search similar to Sprint in Sprints > 1 possible, e.g. using Script Runner?

With the script runner, I'd create a scripted field that counts up all the sprints an issue is in.  No need to use it on screens, but you will then be able to say "Sprint Count > 1" in JQL

Sounds good, but probably for script runner version >= 3..0.0. In lower versions for Jira 6.1 Agile is unfortunately less supported.

Can you show the exact JQL?

Assuming the scripted field is called "Sprint Count", then the JQL is

"Sprint Count" > 1

You need to create the scripted field, before you can use it.
