Hi!

I want to create analytic report with JQL query as a parameter. JQL search could return a lot of issues. Maybe over 100K.How to process such big result?

Is there any way to search only required info: issue key and custom field value? Low-level search? )))

Or I need to use fixed parameters in my report and get data via SQL?

Thanks in advance.

The short answer is to search only for what you need.  What exactly are you trying to report on?

I need to calculate duration of some action based on datetime customfields (end - start).

The problem is that JQL provides a flexible way for getting baseline data. But processing of search results requires a lot of memory if there is a lot of issues.
