My company works in the cloud but I want to get a local install for dev purposes. We got the $10 starter license that supports 10 users, however we have a lot more users on the cloud. I don't need that many users for dev work but how will this effect the migration process when backing up and restoring to the local instance?

Hi Dickson, All users will be imported and all users will have access (even if you import 20 users but your license is for 10) and your license will be expanded. If you don't want to start paying for 20 users, you'll need to remove their access and grant access just to 10 users.
