I created a new custom checkbox field (tag) in an existing project with only a single checkbox. If I check the custom field the following query works:
1.Tag is not Empty
This returns all incidents where the checkbox has been selected. If I run the following it returns nothing:
2.Tag is Empty
If I now go into an incident, check the box and then uncheck it, search no. 2 returns that incident that was checked/unchecked.
Did you do a reindex after creating this new custom field?
