I can see that this field is available in Atlassian JIRA (https://jira.atlassian.com/rest/api/latest/issue/JRA-9?fields=summary,issuelinks), but on my instance I can't find it for issue that has three links "has part". Where can be the problem?
Thank you in advance!

Do you have the right permissions for the REST API user? If the linked issues are not visible, they won't be returned by the API.
Hllo Jobin! I use my regular user account to send REST API requests and I can access all issues via REST API - original and linked. Also sub-tasks are returned, but not linked issues.

JIRA version is v6.3.12#6343. Unfortunately I'm regular user and don't have admin privileges (just in case).

We're seeing this on our account as well, JIRA version is 1000.766.0 (cloud).
Some issues return links, others don't, having identical account configuration and issue visibility settings.
