atlassian cloud external application

I have a local bamboo server, and I want to the bamboo server users and groups from JIRA or Crowd, and I have atlassian cloud  for company, how can I add the local bamboo server as a external application? 

 

I need a application password create on atlassian cloud I think.

Please, refer to the following documentation for further information:

As the above describe, first you need to set up Bamboo to run on port number 80 or 443 to the communication between Cloud and Behind the Firewall to work successfully. Please, refer to Setting up Bamboo with Apache or Tomcat for further information.

Once the application link between JIRA in Cloud and Bamboo in Behind the Firewall is complete, lets tackle the User Management question.
