Go to the page, use the tools menu, there will be a "delete" option near the bottom of the list.
Unless you do not have the space permission to delete pages, in which case, you can't delete.
@Nic Brough [Adaptavist] is correct, although the precise option is Tools>Remove.

@Tom Crespi I beleive that has to do with the version you are using. We're on 5.6.6 and it shows Tools - Delete here

Thanks for the note @Thomas Gavin . That's very interesting, as we are on 5.6.6 also. Maybe this is due to our install of the Confluence English (United States) Language Pack, although if so, it would have been silly to change Delete to Remove (I would have thought it just changed spellings such as words like 'favourite' to 'favorite'). I'll bet @Nic Brough [Adaptavist] may know. Nic, I apologize - I should have known better to doubt the Atlassian Answers guru. In this case, we're both right. ;)

@Tom Crespi , I am currently using 5.4.4 of Confluence with the United States English. Unless there is a change between 5.4.4 and 5.6.6, the word is Delete in the Tools menu. I would find it interesting that there would be a difference like that in the versions.
