What add-on would you recommend for timesheet?

Hi,

We need to use JIRA as a tool for register work hours. I know there is a complement called "Tempo Timesheet"  but it can only allow me to register hours related to issues related to projects, the problem is that we have other kind of work like capacitation, investigation, etc. that are internal work. How can I register that work with "Tempo Timesheet" ? or is there any other add-on that we can use? hope you can help me. Thank you.

Hi, Linda.

I'm not an expert in time tracking, but perhaps you could use worklog attributes to differentiate these different worklogs. More info can be found in Tempo's documentation: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Configuring+Worklog+Attributes

Where can I specified the JSONP JavaScript in order to obtain the external URL that I have to put in the Worklog Attribute properties?
