We have installed the plugin connector and cloned the git repos successfully. The plugin is throwing an error on UnknowHostKey. I have set up the public key in the .ssh/authorized_keys file appropriately and can login with no user intervention, where do I need to place this for the SYSTEM user to be able to do this?

We are running Jira 4.3.4 and have the 0.6 version of the plugin. In system info the User Name is SYSTEM

take a look on this:

http://serverfault.com/questions/9325/where-can-i-find-data-stored-by-a-windows-service-running-as-local-system-accou

This way you should place your ssh files into

C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\.ssh
