Just like on top of each Confluence wiki page, you see the navigation to different Atlassian product versions.
For example, "Documentation for Confluence 5.7. Documentation for Confluence Cloud and other versions of Confluence is available too". I'm new to Confluence. I need to create something like this so to allow public users to navigate my company's product versions. I use UI Text micro to create the text and link. But the issue is any time a new Product version is ready to publish, I have to change the links again. There should be a way when new version of documents is published, the navigation can be updated accordingly in one place or with minimal effort, and the change is reflected in every page in each documentation set.
Any tip towards this will be greatly appreciated!
Hi there,
First of all, thank you so much for your prompt response!
Yes, we use spaces for each product. but the product version naming is not quite as the format "Product + Version". Some are, but others are not. For example, say, our product name is "AB", so some are named as "AB 1", "AB 2", but some others are "AB MP",etc. I tried to use Space List macro, but turned out it displays some non-product related spaces. Here is I'm trying to achieve.
Say, if I make something like below:
Documentation for AB 6. Not using this? See below
AB 5 | AB 4| AB MP| earlier versions
If I click "AB 5", it should takes me to the page with similar header saying:
Documentation for AB 5. Not using this? See below
AB 6 | AB 4| AB MP| earlier versions
I need the header to be shown in every page that's routed to with the version number changing dynamically.
The sample can be something like this.

Again, really appreciate your great help!
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
In that case consider adopting a convention for labeling the landing (home) page for each product version so you can use the Content by Label macro (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF54/Content+by+Label+Macro) to dynamically list the landing pages.

In that case they are using spaces for each product + version. So if you follow that pattern you can use the Space List macro to dynamically show the list of spaces which you would name by product + version.
