Is there a Single Issue View plugin module ?

Hi All ,

I need to create a view for a single issue , when i browsed JIRA source i found a module <single-issue-view> module .However when i tried to create a plugin with this module I dont see another option in the Views dropdown .

Is this a reserved module ?

If yes , how i can add a new view for my issue .

I think its reserved , when i make changes to JIRA source file i am able to see the option in the Views dropdown .
