Agile plugins not working in JIRA but GH reporting fine

Paul January 15, 2013

We are using the GreenHopper plugin for Agile. We added our backlog tasks, created a sprint, added subtasks and started the sprint. When we go to the Agile Reporting tab, the burndown looks correct.

However, I cannot get this to show up in any of the dashboard burndown widgets. They mostly seem to work off of ‘versions’, but the Greenhopper Agile screen works off of ‘sprints’. I don’t see a way to connect sprints and versions.

Any tricks you needed to do for this?

This seems similar to the question you posed here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/125206/connecting-sprints-in-greenhopper-and-release-versions

There are very few gadgets for rapid boards and they have currently no concept of release planning. But, hopefully, the work around on how you use classic boards to still show accurate information is helpful. This is also the same info that appears when you click on Agile in the left sidebar for a particular JIRA project.
