In field configuration if I provide field required?

Hi All,

In field configuration if I provide field required, then it is asking filed required error even though that filed is not there in screen. Can we achieve it should be only field contained screen?

You can use workflow validation instead of making it required in field configuration. Please refer https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Using+Validators+to+Make+Custom+Fields+Required+on+Transition+Screens

In the postfuntion "Update Issue Field" it contains only system fileds.

Can we get custom fileds and adding those values?

You should use 'Validators' not 'Post Functions'. The validation applicable for you is 'Fields Required'.

Yes, jira-suite-utilities. Which is free of cost.

By default JIRA has only few validations available. Might be more in latest release.
