Why the backlog is not loaded in JIRA Tempo?

Florina Craciunescu February 11, 2015

I have imported from CSV the issues, but in Tempo, the backlog loading gets blocked. Is there some field that might not be set on an issue and causing problems?

Hi Florina,

can you create an Issue in our Tempo Support Project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS) so we can better investigate this. Any additional information like the versions of JIRA and Tempo you are using are appreciated. Screenshots might be helpful.

Regards,

Susanne

Yes, this is a bug and we are working on a fix for this.

Thanks for your response. I found the problem...I had some issues with Priority=EMPTY. Do you know if this is a known bug? I am using JIRA Agile 6.5.0, Tempo Planner Version:2.0.1 and Tempo Timesheets

Version:7.10.1.
