Hello,

the just released v. 3.1 allows syncing on issue creation via the escalate issue post function, exception made for a few set of fields (Comments, Attachment Assignee and Reporter).

Best Regards

Hi Thomas,
thanks for your interest in our Quick linker.
I suppose that you have detected a missing data syncing when creating a new issue via the escalate issue post function but we expect that data syncing works properly on editing the linked issues.
If it is, this is effectively a missing feature as underlined on our add-on documentation that you can review onhttps://chicago.herzum.com/confluence/display/HQL/HQL+-+Syncing.

The following is an extract from the page describing this specific aspect:
"...the configured Fields Mapping is already active on issue creation as on issue editing. Exception is made for issues created vie the Escalate issue post function for whom synchronization is active only on editing.".

The good news is that this feature has been already managed and developed and it's going to be released on our major version 4.0 (due date April,2015) together to a rich set of additional great features.
